Part-Time Marketing Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote | 20 hrs/week to start, with potential to grow to 40 hrs | Contract through Sept 2025, with possibility to extend

About the Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the magical glue connecting strategy to execution. You’ll work directly with clients, integrate cross-functionally into their teams, and support a range of marketing initiatives that amplify impact and drive results.
This is a hybrid role for someone who is equal parts marketing ninja, creative storyteller, and detail-oriented organizer.
This contract role currently runs through September 2025, with strong potential to extend into 2026.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation
Draft compelling short-form and long-form content—from headlines to case studies
Write and schedule social media posts across platforms
Create internal communications (e.g. announcements, promotions, presentations)
Develop content for newsletters and impact reports
Create powerpoint presentations to support with internal/external meetings.
Conduct light research and storytelling to bring client wins to life
Visual & Digital Support
Create and design branded materials in Canva (must-have)
Support light video editing and motion content (nice to have)
Manage website and intranet updates (bios, blogs, landing pages, etc.)
Organize and maintain brand assets and content libraries
Project & Client Coordination
Work directly with clients as an embedded team member
Build and maintain content and media calendars
Support marketing planning across short- and long-term initiatives
Help coordinate meetings, workshops, headshot scheduling, and more
Provide proofreading, scheduling, and administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For
You’re a creative powerhouse—you can write, design, and ideate with ease
You’re deeply curious—always learning, asking questions, and exploring new ideas
You’re tech-savvy—comfortable using Canva (required), MailChimp, Asana, and basic CMS platforms
You’re collaborative and client-facing—comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
You’re organized and self-motivated—you meet deadlines, manage calendars, and thrive in a remote setting
You believe in marketing for good—and want your work to leave a legacy
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere or equivalent) or In Design.
Familiarity with internal communications tools (e.g. Jostle, intranets)
Experience in mission-driven or nonprofit marketing
Time Commitment & Compensation
Start: ASAP
Weekly hours: Minimum 20 hours/week to start, with opportunity to grow to 30–40 hours
Contract duration: Through September 2025, with possibility for extension
Compensation: Commensurate with experience ($35-$45/hr)—please include your hourly rate with your response.
